Marco V. Rodriguez

As the Founding Member of the RSPR Law, Mr. Rodriguez believes that excellent legal service and uncompromised client satisfaction should be affordable to everyone. His personal motto is to exceed client’s expectation, every time. Mr. Rodriguez oversees the entire Immigration Department, comprised of the Business and Employment Department, Detention and Deportation Defense, and Family Immigration and Naturalization Department.

Mr. Rodriguez is a life-long native of Baltimore. His parents have emigrated from the Philippines seeking a better future in the U.S. Mr. Rodriguez is proud of his Filipino heritage and delighted to serve his community. Mr. Rodriguez graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Government and Politics, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Mr. Rodriguez is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves as the AILA DC Chapter Liaison for Baltimore USCIS. He is also the current Treasurer of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Immigration Section and a former Council Member of MSBA Immigration Section. Mr. Rodriguez is also an active member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Maryland. Mr. Rodriguez served as the law clerk for the Honorable Judge Woodrow Lewis of the Second Judicial District of Virginia. Mr. Rodriguez is admitted to practice law in Maryland.

As the Co-Founding Member of the RSPR Law, Mr. Stelmack heads both the Estate Planning Department and Civil Litigation Department. His practice focuses on diverse civil matters, including wills and trust, probate/estate administration, real estate title issues, landlord/tenant dispute, and personal injury claims.

Mr. Stelmack counsels his clients on every aspect of their lives that has important financial consequences. His department ensures the long-term financial security of the clients. Whether it’s counseling newly married couple on joint financial responsibility, securing the title for property and bank accounts, or planning retirement for elderly parents, Mr. Stelmack and his team are there to protect and guard the clients’ wealth.

Mr. Stelmack is a native of Baltimore. He graduated from the University of Baltimore and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law. Mr. Stelmack is licensed to practice law in Maryland and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Stelmack is also an active member of the Baltimore County Bar Association.

Laureen Jihae Park

Ms. Park heads both the Business and Employment Department and Detention and Deportation Defense. She became a Partner at the RSPR Law in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Park has worked in corporate litigation involving Fortune 500 companies, and served as a legal fellow for the Honorable U.S. Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky (D-IL).

Ms. Park is a first-generation immigrant from S. Korea. Her family
moved to Los Angeles, California, where Ms. Park grew up. She earned her undergraduate degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, in Linguistics and Japanese. Ms. Park graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law, with a certification in Health Care Policy.

Ms. Park is proud to serve the Korean-American community, and dedicated to volunteering and helping other immigrants in need of pro bono legal service. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Asian Pacific America Bar Association of Maryland. Ms. Park is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Pooja Adhikary Regmi

Ms. Regmi is the head of the Family Immigration and Naturalization Department as well as the Family Law Department. She became a Partner at the RSPR Law in 2009. Prior to joining the law firm, Ms. Regmi served as the Family Advocate and Attorney at the Asian Pacific American Legal Law Center, where she championed for the rights of immigrants and victims of domestic abuse.

Ms. Regmi is a first-generation immigrant from Nepal. She grew up in many different parts of the world before establishing roots in Michigan. Ms. Regmi earned her undergraduate degree in International Studies at Michigan State University. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Ms. Regmi is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, as the CLE Coordinator for Fall 2009 AILA-DC Conference. She is also the current President-Elect of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Maryland, and the past Board Member of the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence. Ms. Regmi has lectured on various immigration topics as an invited panel speaker at the Schweitzer Conference, Pri-Med Conference, and annual conventions of Association of Nepalis in the Americas (ANA) and the Association of Nepalese in Midwest America (ANMA).
