FY 2011 H-1B Petitions Still Open!

USCIS has announced that as of April 6, 2010 USCIS has received approximately 13,500 H-1B petitions counting toward the 65,000 cap.   USCIS has received approximately 5,600 petitions for individuals with advanced degree from the U.S. institution. USCIS will continue to accept     H-1B cap petitions until the 65,000 visas run out.  For more information, please visit uscis.gov.
